Don't understand that but sounds like what you want is to contact support.

I used translate to try and get an idea of what you were asking for so going to take a shot.  For the dlc cosmetics look in the armory where you customize you armor and colors.

Yes, bro, but I can't find a way to directly contact the staff. I bought a season ticket but didn't get the Fire Salamander and the Raven. ​

​Since the update, I've been doing the "For the Emperor" mission every day, but as of today, I still haven't obtained the Fire Salamander and the Raven.
