I don’t know if anybody plays on a series  here but I’m hoping for some advice. I’ve put in a bug report already. It seems since patch 6.1 the series x can overheat and restart don’t know what’s causing it though. I know it can be a sign of a bad power supply or power cord things along those nature but I’m having trouble believing that. Due to all other patches working as intended with there share of problems but nothing this severe. Plus others games I play don’t cause this.

Interesting. My OG PS5 and PS5 Pro BOTH have a lot of coil whine specifically playing SM2. No other game I own is as loud or perhaps power hungry. It's very noticeable. However, this has been going since day 1 of release not just with the recent patch.

My friend plays on a xbox series x and he hasn't had any issues.  Everything ok with your fan on your xbox?  Any dust or pet hair all clogged up in there?  It in an open area so it can get good air flow?
