This assault perk promises a perfect dodge for every jump pack dash during an attack, but I’m finding it to be super inconsistent. And consistency is kind of what’s promised.  I’ve wanted to experiment with this new dash build now that we have a signature perk that gives us our charge back, but I often times end up screwed.  

Is wings of flame bugged, or am I doing something wrong? Any tips appreciated. 

It is not currently implemented. The perk works the same as before.
