Has anyone had a recent issue where (randomly?) your mouse or keyboard inputs stop working? 

I had this happen to me a couple of times in the last week or so, its very weird. Typically triggers during big fights maybe during block/stagger animations? Movement keys are not affected but dodging/shooting stops working... Minimizing the game maybe resolves it, but not sure as it seems to persist sometimes and then resets on its own. Thoughts?
