Space marines can switch tactics by getting different weapons from Weapon drop pods, so why shouldn't we be able to use the perks associated with those weapons?

So my idea is to allow us to bind a different perk loadout to our weapon loadout, this will allow us to "switch tactics" if our current loadout isn't helping the team during a mission.

I know some builds so vary too much but for builds like with Heavy and the Multi-Melta, not having that ammo regen perk kinda hurts but you want to switch to a good horde clear at the end of Inferno.

This also helps when you have a brain fart and forget to swap your weapons before starting a mission.

This is just my suggestion, hope y'all find it agreeable. 

I feel I need to clarify, I mean the "main perks" no weapon perks or even prestige perks.

Loadouts saving class perks would be so very welcome.

Making so that when my Tactical switches loadout mid-mission from my Bolter loadout with the Kraken Penetrator Rounds perk to my Plasma loadout, it also switched my perks to Plasma Boost, etc.

Please make it so!
