Absolutely agreed. Need to have a solo option with bots. Hell, even in the extremally short campaign you should have the option of coop aswell. Just like in World War Z.
Its easy to run solo, face yourself towards the launch area, use the console to select a mission, and as soon as you select it, run to the launch area, works every time for me, the moment you get into the launch area, the matchmaking stops. Done this across 3 lvl 25 characters now.
The bots are really, really horrible right now. Playing difficulty 1 with bots is harder than playing difficulty 2 or 3 with humans. Also, if you die (w/mortal wound) with bots, then it's game over. At least with humans, you get a 60 second respawn.
