I have gear that I have previously paid for that is now locked and unavailable to me to use. It now says it is locked and I have not been refunded the requisition points.
Please can you either give me the gear or refund me the points.

Same problem--lost all progress and unlocked cosmetics.
I don't mind having to redo-progression if it won't reset again, but having lost all the currency I previously used on that progression and cosmetics (which included the high level I started with and the easily accessible currency from completing trials) I won't be able to recover what was lost without significant time investment.
Please help!

Yep same problem heraldry unlocks now showing as locked again and coins gone. Really want what I lost but don't want to pay for it again till I know what's going on.
