is there a way to get a refund I keep disconnecting from servers usually at the end I'm playing ruthless and can not complete due to disconnecting so there is no point in playing anymore I played for 9 hours today completed one match disconnected 6 times fix your game or issue refunds

This was acknowledged by Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive in the recent Q&A. If you would like to proceed with a refund, please refer to the refund policy of the retailer you purchased the game from.
We know some of you are experiencing server issues, loss of saves or impossibility to connect with friends. We are ramping up our server capacity to reduce the load on them and are working day and night to reduce the issues. This is a top priority for the team. A bigger patch is planned soon to improve this topic further, alongside new content.
