I am seeking help obtaining a refund for Space Marine 2. The game is visually beautiful, but after playing a couple hours I am very disappointed in the quality of the gameplay. Playstation has refused a refund because the game was downloaded, which of course happens immediately at purchase, which turns out just means Playstation does not ever do refunds.
Games workshop directed me here, can you please help? $70 is way too much to pay for a half baked game.
