My progress on Space Marine 2 keeps getting reset. My Tactical Class was suppose to be level 21 and almost level 22 since yesterday. However today, i got disconnected from a match and after I logged back in, the game reset my tactical class to level 18. This has happened multiple times before also, at first i didnt really mind, but it gets really infuriating when it happened multiple times, doing several missions only to gain 1 level or sometimes none at all because of the reset progression. I tried turning off firewall, turned off anti virus, reinstalled the game twice and restarting my internet connection, none of them worked. Is there any chance to gain my levels back? The game did not say i played in offline mode either. I do hope i get my progression back.

Hear a lot of people saying the same thing but I recommend contacting support directly.
By the way your post sounds like you didn't play with other people because you are not 100% sure you were online
The game doesn't always tell you that you have gone offline mode if you get disconnected for some reason so always make sure to go to the main menu to check if you need to reconnect after you get disconnected from a lobby

0I have always been playing Operations PVE mode with random people or sometimes irl friends, i forgot to mention that. There has been few issues on connecting to random people's lobby in my part but mostly are joinable. However most of the time, i get randomly disconnected after playing 2-3 sessions and then my Tactical Class was reset 1 level before. By this time my Tactical class has reached level 21 after going through all the random progress reset, i left it for a day of not playing it because of work. Then i came home, played the game, after 2 matches, i got randomly disconnected, then i reconnected into the game, and my progress was reset to level 18 which was really far of a progress that i've made. It's still level 18 by the time i write this text and there has been no progress refund after i reinstalled the game(this is my 3rd time reinstalling it). Btw, how can i contact the support directly? i'm very new to this
