I lost all my DLC unlocks. All customizations for Heraldry are missing for all classes.
I was playing normally and after finishing an operations mission, I left the party and selected a new mission. At that point, I found it strange not to find any other players, so I went back to the main screen and continued to operations again. Then, all my characters were in the default blue color, all customizations were missing, and all unlocks from DLC Chapters were gone.
How I can get back the customizations or at least get a ingame refund to unlock them again?
