I verified my game files like I was directed to by support staff and when it completed it removed all of my unlocks and DLC. and I've tried everything that has been suggested by support posts, and still no resolve. I just want the content that I have purchased DLC, and game unlocks.
as well as now the game has severe playability issues such as losing connection to servers, constant crashing. Loss of saved data. It's extremely frustrating that I can't even complete a match to gain back the things that have been removed from my purchase to begin with. I just want to know why and what is the resolution.
