I have purchased all of the DLC skins in the game and I have been able to use them for a while now. But for some reason today I lost access to them and I have to unlock them all over again.

I've seen brothers having the same issue. They said they emailed support and got enough credits to purchase all dlc contents. Took them a couple of days.

Funny. Happened to me 3 times before 4.0 and each time support told me "we have no way of refunding any lost progress, gear or credits." Even sent them video and picture proof.
