I already bought the Ultra Edition of Space Marine 2 on Xbox, but with the new info about cross-play, namely no cross-play between console and PC for PVP, would my extra DLC (like the Ultra edition skin for the Heavy, and etc) transfer between the two if I bought the regular edition of the game on PC?

Obviously nothing can be said for certain until the game releases, but from how these things work in other games:

Cross-Progression is more to do with game progress and in-game unlocks for things you have done.

Secondary DLC addons that are added via the storefront you got the game with tend to be locked to that platform.

Call of Duty for example kept all of people's unlocks and in-game obtained skins, but PlayStation users with the Ronin skin couldn't use it on PC.

It's very likely that SM2 players will keep all their chapter cosmetics they unlocked from the base game between platforms, but Champion Packs and the like will need to be obtained twice per platform.

I would be surprised if it was any different, but again I will stress this can't be 100% confirmed until release.

I agree though just to add to this I have seen some who let you merge the DLC content. One game Dead by Daylight gave players in game currency to (Pay Back) the DLC's they had doubles of. Not saying this is what will happen but I know it is possible to share DLCs between platforms for live service games.
