My idea would be a little change to point allocation.
Much as the XP is allocated. Maybe award the requisition points per part of the mission completed. Currently, you could spend 45 mins getting through a tough mission to fail at the last hurdle and leave with essentially, nothing. This doesn't feel great and gets you down after a while if you have had a few bad groups.
An additional point could be to add one more item to missions. This could work like the gene seed. However, this one can award req points
This would also increase difficulty if you wanted the maximum amount of gains in a mission. Only one party member would be able to self-revive increasing the risk but giving bigger rewards.
in this new updated model, you could collect in total:
- armory point (Servo Skull)
- extra requisition points (New Item)
- extra XP (Gene Seed)
- one revive item
