Gambling your time should not be a thing just because you can get kicked from a squad and get punished. There should be a system to prevent that or at least not punish the player being kicked. As Warframe already does it, it just puts you in your own instance so you can continue on your own. As of the moment you just waste time to get used by others and get punished in the end.
