Salamanders Sniper should be codex compliant

just want to say, the skin looks great despite being a strange choice for 2/3 of the champion packs so far. However, because lore is supposed to be very important to this game as Saber have mentioned many times. I think there was a small oversight with the Power pack (backpack) being Green and not black. All salamanders according to the codex use a black backpack and not green. Back in the 30k era they did tend to use green but seeing as we are Primaris, they wouldn't be still using the Green pack and would all be using a black one. I believe this could and should be a simple fix before the release of this great looking and creative skin.
