Greetings Brothers,


I think we can all agree that Prestige Ranks was what game really needed. This function not only gives us opportunity to try different builds, make our characters stronger, but most importantly - feeds our inner grind demon.


This is why, me, fellow Battlebrother who has almost all classes level up Prestige IV-25, came with idea of developing this mechanic a little bit further, to level 10.


These are my ideas born by experiences I had during game playing various classes, using different tools of death and also reflections of my thoughts wandering on the battlefield. 


I had to set some order in Perks but you can choose them the same way you can choose them now - there is no order. Exception are rewards you get for hitting Prestige 10 on each class - these you get only after reaching maximum prestige.

TacticalV​Haste - bonus attack speed: +10%.
VI​Mobile armory - you can carry +2 grenades and +1 melta bomb.
VIIHeadhunter - majoris elimination by gunshot regenerates 30% of auspex scan.
VIIIValour - when you have no armor left you deal +15% melee damage and cannot be knocked back for 20 seconds. Cooldown: 60 seconds.
IXBerserker: killing 20 enemies in 12 seconds or less regenerates 10% of your HP.
XDEATHWATCH BREASTPLATE
AssaultVAvenger: when you are last man standing your armor fully recovers and you gain jumppack charge. Cooldown: 120 seconds.
VIManeuverability: your ground pound takes 20% less time to be fully charged.
VII​Haste - bonus attack speed: +10%.
VIIIHeavy Armor: you gain +1 armor segment.
IXPPANC: your KRAK grenades deal + 100% damage.
XDEATHWATCH HELM (WITH HOOD!)
VanguardVAssassin: knife damage +15%.
VICohesion: when you majoris or extremis enemy with Grapnel hook allies in 20 meter radius from this enemy gain 1 armor segment and 30% special skill cooldown. Cooldown: 120 seconds.
VIIHeavy Armor: you gain +1 armor segment.
VIIIPath of the sword: Chainsword dmg + 10%.
IXLone Wolf: when you are last man standing, grapnel hook instakills Majoris and Extremis rank enemies. Cooldown: 30 seconds.
XDEATHWATCH BACKPACK
BulwarkVValour - when you have no armor left you deal +15% melee damage and cannot be knocked back for 20 seconds. Cooldown: 60 seconds.
VIVersality: after you switch energy sword attack style you gain +20% melee dmg for 5 seconds. Cooldown: 40 seconds.
VIIGolem: when you block ranged attacks with a shield, you cannot be knocked back by them. While block attacks with shield you move and turn 30% slower.
VIIIDeep pockets: ammo capacity +20%.
IXLike a glove: perfect parry window increased by 25% for power fist.
XDEATHWATCH RIGHT LEG ARMOR
SniperVPrecision: reload time -15%, accuracy + 10% for all bolt rifles.
VIAssassin: knife damage +15%.
VIIHeavy support: preparing shot of lasgun takes 25% longer but damage is 15% higher.
VIIIEndurance: you move 10% faster.
IXRetreat: when you use cloak, nearby allies gain 1 armor segment. Cooldown: 60 seconds.
XDEATHWATCH CHAINSWORD SKIN
HeavyVSAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FRIEND (sorry I could't stop myself): while in heavy stance, weapon overheats 15% slower.
VIPower management: Iron Halo duration - 50%, damage while using Iron Halo +15%.
VIIExplosive ammunition: while using heavy bolter, shots will penetrate defence of blocking enemies and deal 25% of regular damage.
VIIIImproved Core: heavy plasma weapon projectile speed +25%.
IXLong barrel: heavy melta range + 2.
XDEATHWATCH BOLTER SKIN.

Some of these might seem a bit overpowered but I think when improvements in difficulty finally arrives, we get 2 bosses, more agresive enemies etc, this would be good mix. Bez tytułu.png



This way on top of levels to grind we can make our astartes really emperors finest and up to level of Brothers serving in Deathwatch, that is why for leveling each class to Prestige X, you get complete set of this very unique and much requested formation.:)


Also, after you prestige to level V, you get last buff to exp, 10%. After that up to level 10 you level up with +50%, which is still very fast. 


Feel free to change some perks or add new ones, those are just some that came to my mind. Maybe it will be inspiration for Devs, I am sure game would benefit greatly from implementing this idea. 

It basically nearly doubles replayability and provides sweet reward at the end.


If you are Dev and reading this and you know there is some reason you cannot just give us Deathwatch set (I suppose that because it's crazy to me we still didn't get it) you guys can replace Deathwatch items with Survivors armor parts. We got helmet, would be great to have rest for my Istvaan survivor cosplay purposes. :)dwwww.JPG

MK-VIII Errant armor on Deathwatch theme as a reward instead of another Primaris parts. But i will support cousin.

yes, you are right, you don't have to charge/fully prepare it, but you can and it is worth it as damage greatly increases when you do it longer or even fully. 

The big downside of Assault class is that it is more often than any other class unable to utilise it's main skill properly because of various reasons like enemies shooting you down or in case of chaos - enemies frequently changing their positions, so to avoid missing them you have to engage this attack before it's fully prepared and so you are not using it's full potential. Vanguard doesn't have that problem, Tactical doesn't have that problem, because their skills are instant. 


The perk I propose for Assault allows this class to utilize his special skill with bigger chances of success and is just another version of kind of perks that already exist in the game and are very popular, for example:

I) Diligence - a fully prepared Ground Pound deals 20% more damage but preparation time increases by 25%.


At the same time, bonus is only 20% shorter preparation time, so I don't think it's more powerfull then other perks we already have in the game.

Ground Pound is not a charge attack. You cant charge it and deal more damage because of it. It lets you aim, not charge it.
You can take Diligence but it will only work when you fully charge it and well Diligence is just a bait perk when there is a Pride in Duty which does the same but much better since it doesnt force you to stay in the air
