Trade up or down armory data

I think that allowing the trading up/down of armory data would be a very welcome QoL addition to the game and allow some players who maybe don't have the opportunity to participate in either substantial or ruthless operations. For instance, trading 3 master-crafted data would get you 1 artificer data and vice-versa. I believe this would mitigate frustration among some players who want to progress and get the better weapons but are finding it to be a barrier to their full enjoyment of the game.
