Just me personally but I almost feel this would be a better option for Vanguard or Assault, since the whole point of the Bulwark is the Sword (or fist, apparently) and Board setup.

I can see that. Though I don't see why dual wielding would necessarily need to be limited to a single class.

Though given the melee build, it would seem the most fitting that the Bulwark at least be the first to wield 2

chain swords. Dude can you IMAGINE how sick that would be?!

Make more sense for vanguard and assault units where mobility and speed is their strength and we also have seen that happen in 40K media (esp the new edition cinematic with the ultramarine using two knives as he runs to secure the teleportation beacon).

I have always seen the term bulwark to be a class with a shield even in darktide the enemy units called bulwarks have a club and shield. What could be cool to see is the use of a two handed claymore which has been used by bulwarks/sword brethren and being able to block with the claymore (albeit still taking some damage in exchange for melee range) or pushback/parry with it.
