ASSAULT REWORK IDEA (CAMPAIGN ASSAULT IN PVE and PVP)

Why Can't Assault Be The Same Class Across All Game Modes?
   I went back and replayed the Demerium levels for some ordeals, and realized Titus can use the jump pack while using a bolter AND a thunder hammer.
   However, due to balancing within pvp, you can only use one or the other.
 

    LOADOUT 1                                 LOADOUT 2                                  LOADOUT 3 (CAMPAIGN)

 (Heavy) Bolt Rifle                         Thunder Hammer                Thunder Hammer + Heavy Bolt Rifle

 Knife (or punches and kicks!)     (Heavy) Bolt Pistol                                 Bolter Pistol

 (Heavy) Bolt Pistol


Now of course you can swap between which bolters you want to use within the class customization before you que up.

I propose this change for 3 reasons. 

1.) It's lore accurate. 

2.) It's super cool. 

3.) This change provides a better and more widespread playstyle for assault. 

(REASON 3 PVE) If the close quarters effect comes back for PvE, assault wouldn't be useless, and you would finally have the ability to play with your team. 

(REASON 3 PVP) In situations in PvP, against good teams' assault will always be one of the weaker classes, teams that have good comms will simply look up when they hear the jet pack and shoot the assault out of the sky. This change could bring much more use to the character.
