Higher end, more detailed pauldrons with space for Chapter heraldry

So the idea is quite simple but I want it to be well documented so everyone can see what do I mean. Here you can see my astonishing tactical space marine but the thing goes through basically all classes. When you look from front, you see immedietely something is off. What is it?​

Yep, his right pauldron is far more detailed and bigger than left one, it distrupts propotion a bit. And why is that? It is that way because to let everyone know that I am part of best Chapter there is - which are of course Salamanders (still best despite dissapointing Champion and no Chapter pack in space marine 2 game) I have to use low level, simple left pauldron. And as you can see it's still not perfect but when I use lvl 1 it looks just too bad. 

If I don't sacrifice proportion and choose some ornamanted version it is impossible to carry emblem of my Chapter with pride on the battlefield and so then there is no point to play the game. Why even bother.

Don't get me wrong, I love style and art of those high end cosmetic unlockables, so my solution would be simply: take out what's inside of the frame, leave the frame, and let us put Chapter heraldry in it. I think we can have 2 versions of same pauldron - one as it is now and 2nd one modified the way I described. 

I am too lazy to now wrestle with photoshop for an hour, so just use your imagination and imagine these pauldrons but with skull icons cut out of them, making space for emblems.

​I think it would be perfect balance between being fashionable but also honoured by privilege of carrying Chapter emblem on the battlefield.
