Community Voted Cosmetic Pack Chapters

The Cosmetic Packs are shown to be Successor Chapters. 

Let the community know which 1st Founding Chapter will be coming up next season and set up a poll, letting the players vote for their top 3 successors from that chapter for a few weeks. 

At the end, take the top 6 results, that way the players get their input but with enough time for the team to implement the cosmetic packs.

Players get their favorites in the cosmetic packs without yall worrying about picking a chapter no one cares about.  Maybe have a bit of fun, and give a chapter specific weapon or armor to every season's most-voted.
