New Customisation: Capes, Tabards, Plumes, and Ornaments OH MY

I feel as though, this is something that is somewhat ignored by the Dev's(much like the class restrictions being lore breaking but that's a whole other topic), and thought I'd post my thoughts.

So to get started:

I know that they're concerned about the Class identity's, which is normally something I praise heavily however in something like space marine, where we play as the Adeptus Astartes this is fairly restrictive in a bad way. See, Space Marines use things like Plumes, Capes, Tabards, Iron Halos, to denounce thing's such as Rank, Status, Veterancy, Position, and multiple other thing's depending on the chapter.

And while trying to stick so closely to the class identity's is, yes, a good thing it's also a bad thing as it's also actively restricting certain aspects of customisation that are in some ways crucial to the Astartes. For example, the Iron Halo is TYPICALLY given to a marine to symbolize either their veterancy and/or a great accomplishment, the best way i can describe it is(if a bit inaccurate) that it's the Space Marine equivalent of the American Medal of Honor or Australian Southern Cross medal.

A cape or Tabard however are often something used to denote rank or which company the Marine is from, this also goes for plumes. In short every class should have access to Plumes, Capes, Tabards, and other forms of Ornamentation.
