I think the game would benefit from class-based Keybindings - or at the very least options for melee vs ranged based classes.


Bulwark comes to mind, followed closely behind by Assault.  Both of these are primarily melee-based classes that spend significantly more time in melee attacks than ranged firing.


For example, my ranged classes, I like right click as aim/heavy, left click to fire.  But for Bulwark, I want to right click for block and left click for melee.


As it currently stands, I either avoid playing Bulwark at all costs, or if I change my keybindings to melee-based, I only play as Bulwark (and sometimes as Assault).

Dual/alternate keybinding option would be fantastic as well - but at this point, I'll take whatever we can get (and easily implement)!

100% support this, it would solve a lot of the problems of how classes' abilities can feel like they have unnatural keybinds.

Not to mention how people with handicaps might strongly benefit from it.
