as i've said multiple times already, SM2's marines don't need to be made weaker but STRONGER. Space Marine franchise is all about power fantasy. an appropriate solution to unbalanced class strength was to STRENGTHEN other classes, and increase number of tyranids. adrenaline rush perk was the only thing that made players able to be reliant on themselves instead of having to look for annoying boxes, and you've decreased adrenaline rush healing by 50%.

moving the healing from majoris executions to extremis executions is making the player reliant on rare situations when they have an extremis to execute, which is basically a long waiting game that ruins the consistent survivability.

I do believe they need a better heal in game for all classes like something that would reflect the regeneration of the supper soldier organs that help them heal faster in batter the more they kill the more they heal. in the lore.  Honestly they need to take out the Contested heal off the Bulwark banner and probably have it as a flat heal across the board for all classes and factor more into the weapon perks so you can fine tune it like they have in the chain sword and bolter perks, when they have +% contested health per-kill i think it is.
 and before people start screaming and crying about heals. let me explain why

Not having the choice to pick heal on Bulwark if you believe your team needs it would be... Rough, to say the least. 

i don't see how this is any different then the first 24 levels  or there abouts, when you first level up a bulwark.
As it is most of the times you cant get the heal perks for this meta till the end  we had to either give buffs or rezs till then and every one had to time there attacks  and share supplies and act more like a squad and communicate with one another: instead of us (mainly exclusively plays bulwark here) watching for the end of the fights, to see if we can roll in and plant the banner as a heal. No ... i think going back to the beginning and relearning fundamentals is "Exactly" what this class needs and what the community needs to learn is to work as a group and not just expect us to carry them as a healer.

i see it way to often then not.

People running off not staying together and just expecting us to heal them when they pull way to many mobs i am suppose to make my kills and tank while some other marine is knee deep in Nids or chaos cause they didn't think to stay with the group and they want me to pay attention to them and heal them when they need it ...   >.<   ill be honest ill let them die.

 From what i have seen  and is my biggest gripe with this is.
 All that hard work and bonding and getting through the really hard times  just be narrowed down to a walking stem pack and get kicked from some of the runs because i don't run a healer build, 

  My class, that i worked hard to LVL to this point at the end was reduced to a healing item. and it infuriates me. to no end that if you dont run as a healer your looked down on and you cant say you haven't seen it too there are people screaming if they see a bulwark use a banner too early or too late...  go to any SPM2 YouTube video and you'll see a lot of what i am talking about.. 

 Now to those that would say well do you have a better idea...

I think they need to remove the contested health heal Perk altogether. I have said since this game came out . the Bulwark is not and Apothecary, let that class have the heals and swap out the heals for more armor in stead. like my previous response use the bulwark for what they are, an 'Over shield.' 
 
Bulwarks are not healers, we are our brothers Shields... 
This Has Perpetuate Some META for people expecting bulwarks to keep certain perks to make them a walking stem kits, this would be a wrong direction, expected to be a healer. But with the contested health as it is now there is a chance to be a self healer. i think they need to have more heal options away from the banner, or change it ALL-TO-GETHER; So that when you drop the banner your kills have a chance to give you more armor to make every one glow with the Emperors light and you huddle together, killing and everyone is just regenerating armor, every one gets the 5th armor PIP as long as the Banner is there and you are close enough.  As your armor gets depleted and goes down with damage; every kill regens that armor pip or partial one; as the Bulwark helps his Squad 'Become' a large Un-Relenting wall that the 'Nids crash against.



 ( I like the armor idea better as it more fits with the theme; with the shield of the emperor; the emperor light; and the armor is just a buffer for the health system as a whole, like the shield is a buffer for the bulwark and the bulwark shields his brothers. This only furthers that rolling theme.. )

PPS- cause other wise when the Apothecary does come out like they want. That one class will single handedly make the bulwark current META for walking stim pack obsolete and they will need to tweak this class AGAIN..  why not get rid of it now and help be a shield for when the Apothecary is ready to come out and be a true healer and not rely on contested chances.. ???? 

In short Healing and how you gain health back needs a MAJOR OVER HAUL...
