instead of an uninspired double the cooldown for the banner. Instead it should be completely reworked into providing AOE heal overtime while it's down. It would be more fitting for the lore of the game, where marines have a reason to fight around the banner, fight under the sound of the drums and the glory of being a space marine, not just pop it down at the end of a fight to get a heal.
The game devs can figure out a reasonable heal value. But it absolute would be the best change you could make foe the banner.
