Developers and players! What do you think about reducing wait times while boarding thunderhawk?

The fact is that when two players are ready, the wait time is over a minute. 120 seconds to be exact. I think this is an unacceptable amount of time.
I'm sure many players have encountered complete disregard from random players. When they run around the barge. Just standing around doing nothing. Standing in the armoury. When two players are ready and the third player has to wait another two minutes. This happens to random players almost all the time. And the players don't ask them to wait. They waste the other players' time. After that, they just get kicked out of the lobby so they don't have to wait. It's like a new form of bullying other players. I was just playing with a friend. A third random player boarded, then moved to the armoury and stood there for almost two minutes with no explanation. Eventually, to avoid waiting for him, we kicked him out. 
Reduce the third player's wait time to 20 seconds. A decent player will ask to wait, not spit on his allies. Especially a player with a class level of 25. Such a player should not be delayed for 2 minutes in the armoury, it's just nonsense. Or at the very least, you should at least write or say that you need to linger, that you need to wait.
Reduce wait times and players will be less likely to get kicked out of the lobby.
