​Shield bash on bulwark should not consume a block weapon charge unless you have 2 stacks and then it should create the AOE explosion. This will help block weapons make their way into bulwark and also open up shield builds with bulwark a little.  This does mean that invigorating icon needs to not be the only perk that is run since the 200% bash damage is the same line and I’m not joking, I have been kicked from Absolute difficulty ops for purposely not running invigorating icon .
