Instead of repeatedly adding new difficulties, could we just get a set of sliders and use the six existing difficulties as presets? This gives the more dedicated, or warp-touched, among us the ability to play in the most obscenely difficult settings possible without forcing the rest of us down a similar path. It could be used to help address short comings of certain classes (or unleveled classes) or alleviate areas of frustration, such as ammo availability for Snipers.
Each setting could be given a weight that is used to determine both the XP awarded and the armoury data awarded. Some settings, such as the number of Incapacitations to Mortal Wound, could be a gatekeeper for higher armoury data (read: 1 is the maximum allowed for Artificer/Relic tiers). I have assembled a list (bottom) of the difficulty settings per preset so the reader has a full picture.
