Perk loadouts to match weapon loadouts

I assume this has been beaten to death but for some classes like sniper and tactical that have perks specific to weapons, kinda stinks that you can swap between weapons mid game but not perk.  I usually have different setups for chaos and tyranid missions and some classes have weapon setups for missions like decapitation with single target weapons but its annoying to change mid level knowing that if i dont swap to the correct weapon, or if if i want to swap to a weapon to counter or meld with my team mates, my perks might be useless.
