I'm tired of resetting and changing my perks all the time can you add a perk loadout mechanic

Can you add a weapon and class perk loadout mechanic to go with each loadout slot. I'm sick of resetting my weapon perks and changing my class perks all the time its a bore now especially if i set up a loadout for tyranids and i quick match then get put into a chaos map who is now a hinderance me. Just because of there is no loadout system for weapon and class perks which will help if you manage to get to a weapon drop so you can change your loadout to the loadout and perks that you need for the faction you are facing against especially if you are forced to pick a class you was not prepared to play with. This will help alot and stop people joining then leaving games constantly as well. I know we all have done this too we change to a different weapon then oh by the emperor i forgot to put on that one perk then leave. Also just an added thought when we choose our classes can we get the option to choose our loadout as well?
