There was always a burning desire to go with Thunder Hammer for Tactical as in the story campaign but in PvE missions.
  Since even in the tabletop version of Warhammer 40k they have Thunder Hammer.

​Tactician is basically a class that has perfectly learnt all weapons. I would give this class more melee weapons. Maybe something new, like a power axe or a gladius.
