Universal shoulders

not only on every shoulder but through classes too

It doesn’t have to be every shoulder, although that could be good, but at least the cosmetic ones from dlc etc. 

Being able to use Shoulder Parts on either shoulder would be really great! I do get kind of annoyed when there's a super cool shoulder on one side or when an overly blinged out shoulder covers up the heraldry on that side. I feel like this would be useful on leg parts as well.

Id appreciate an upvote on my newest Idea then. I think you’ll like what I came up with regarding costumization :)
