We need a different textured cloak or other, more distinctive Prestige 4 rewards.  Options could be a color changeable texture on a velvet royal cloak, a camoline cloak with Inquistorial Rosette, Palentine Aquilla - just something as impressive as Bulwark’s Inquisition Shield.


Palette swap of the first level cloak is underwhelming.
