Just brought Ruin Rising pack via Xbox store. It's given me the Gathering storm signets and the Nyaals Wrath gauntlet skin but nothing else. Could you please tell me why this has happened and how to fix it , I have uninstalled the pack and reinstalled it but these parts are still missing,
