- Question: How do I link my Steam account?
Answer: To link your Steam account to Focus Together, simply click on the username in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar, then go to Settings > Connections. For the link to work, the player's library on Steam must be public.

- Question: How do I earn Focus Together points? What are they good for?
Answer: There are several ways to earn G2G points.
Participate actively in the community by posting threads, ideas and tutorials, and by taking part in contests, voting, playtests and so on. These activities unlock badges, each with 8 levels, which earn a certain number of G2G points. To consult the list of badges and the quests required to obtain them, click on your username in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar, then go to Profile > Badges.
Unlocking Steam achievements: certain badges can be obtained if the player unlocks several achievements on Steam in the various Focus games. For this to take place, you need to link your Steam account to your Focus Together account, as explained in question 1.
- Question: How do I obtain badges / titles / avatars?
Answer: To obtain badges, titles and avatars, you need to complete the various quests for the 8 levels of each badge. Avatars and titles are associated with these levels and will be unlocked automatically when the corresponding level is reached.
IMPORTANT: It is necessary to refresh the connection between Steam and Focus Together manually when a new game is added to your library, so that the platform can collect the new data and unlock the corresponding badges / titles / avatars. (Always in Settings > Connections)
- Question: My badges, avatars and titles aren't unlocked even though I've met the criteria. What should I do?
Answer: If your badges, avatars and titles don't unlock even though you've completed the various quests, you may need to refresh the connection between Steam and Focus Together. To do this, click on your username in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar, then go to Settings > Connections.
If it still doesn't work after the refresh, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Steam account to your Focus Together account.
- Question: How can I be invited to playtests or betas?
Answer: From now on, your Focus Store account will only be used for purchases on the Focus Entertainment Store. To be invited to playtests and betas, what you need to do is register with Focus Together and then register as a volunteer for Beta and/or Playtest on Focus Testzone using your Focus Together account: https://testzone.focus-entmt.com!
