when pressing the reply button under a bug report, it brings up the ui to report a new bug, and does not let me reply to the original bug report post

its not an issue with reporting a bug myself, its an issue with interacting with other people's bug reports. im still having the issue, so i cannot reply to any bug reports

Oh yes, sorry, I misread that. In fact, when you want to reply to a bug report, another form is displayed. We're aware that this isn't as intuitive as it should be, and we're working on an easier way to respond in comments to a bug. We'll keep you posted as soon as it's available, and we're sorry for that.

That sounds like a bug in the system! It’s probably a UI issue where the reply function is linked to the wrong action. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache to see if that fixes it. If not, you might want to report the UI bug itself to the devs so they can look into it.​
