To link your Steam account on desktop, you need to click on ‘Settings’ in your profile, then the screen you see on your phone will come up with the account link page.

Indeed, sorry for the inconvenience. We had an issue with this specific app on Steam that we've just fixed, but you can now try to resync and that will unlock the Premium Edition rank.

Sorry for the late response. To unlock Atomic Heart - Premium Edition rank, you need to have all these apps in your Steam library:

• Atomic Heart base game
• Midas Glove Skin
• Annihilation Instinct DLC
• Trapped in Limbo DLC
• Golden Age Weapon Skin Pack
• Atomic Heart - Digital Artbook
• Labor & Science Weapon Skin Pack

If you have all these apps, you can try to re-sync, and if that doesn't work, try disconnecting/reconnecting your Steam account to your F2G account. Let me know if it worked!
