How do I phone Focus? URGRNT!

I ordered SM2 Collectors edition on 18th Dec. All my info was correct on the order email, but they sent it out to the wrong address and I didn’t know this until they sent me email verification of delivery. They also got my phone number wrong.

The delivery company is saying it’s not their problem as they did their job and I have to agree. The person who received it, signed for it and has effectively stolen £254 worth of goods meant for me! I NEED HELP!!

That’s awful! I’d recommend contacting the seller directly and explaining the situation. If they sent it to the wrong address, they might be able to help track it down or offer a solution. You could also reach out to your payment provider or credit card company to dispute the charge since you didn’t receive the goods. It’s worth looking into if you have any buyer protection available. Hopefully, you can get this sorted soon!​
