Hi, Focus

I have an unresolved ticket related to a Focus Store order placed this Jan.

Unfortunately, the original Focus Store support claimed they are not able to provide help any more due to some org change.

I was told to send an E-mail to "support@focus-home.com" but there was no reply.

I submitted my request at "https://support.focus-entmt.com/" but still no response.

I have no other option but to post here to see if it is possible to find anyone from Focus team who can guide me how to obtain help.
