Add a multiplier for How Much Sand the Truck Carries

Putting sand on roads can take a long time, especially when it's just connecting roads. Sometimes you don't have friends who play that game, sometimes you just want to be on your own timescale. Sometimes you don't want to spend hours on a support road but just solve the more varied puzzles how to build something.
To cater to every player, add a multiplier how much sand a truck carries: 1x, 2x, 5x, 10x, 20x - that way, all players can chose what they want to play when. Do you want to play with your friends and do it "like it is supposed to be"? Set it to 1x. Do you just want to sand this support road leading form A to B? Set it to 20x. Do you play alone and generally think 5x is a sweetspot? Cool, the game allows that!
