The management looks fantastic, especially giving specific paths to the trucks.

Man I love plotting routes

Same., I'm even more excited about this than the upcoming Doom game :) This game looks like it's basically made for you tho :D

Yeah, I'm excited for it ALL but since I have to vote on one of these things I would say I'm looking forward the most to the construction. I mean if I could vote for a second it would be fleet management. Like I said I am excited for all of it though!

Mostly the Construction aspect and ability to Coop with friends. Fleet Management should be optional.

The whole consept hav to hit MANY players include me.

I have always wanted proper road construction game with decent physics. There are many games with vanilla or mods where you can use construction machines, but usually the physics are bad. Then there are games like snowrunner where the physics are great, but then it lacks the construction vehicles. From the first day of playing snowrunner i always just wanted a simple bulldozer to push trees and rocks out of the way, but couldnt even imagine about laying sand on the mud or even make asphalt roads. I just hope that focus makes proper betas before the launch and listens the community to have the smoothest launch. For an example snowrunner is missing simple wheel + joystick/ button panel support.

Fleet management looks like it's going to suck so bad. However, I am cautiously optimistic that you have implemented it so that I decide if the fleet is despatched and I am not made to do it. 

​in my opinion, all of these 4 should be decently implemented at the very least.

i'm most excited about the Construction and Co-op aspect considering the usual good graphics, physics and wide array of vehicles are presumably present.
Fleet Management sounds promising, especially for automating menial repetitive tasks.
Exploration sounds nice too for free roaming.

I am most Hyped about The Claw and finally a game that requires Material handler's and I hope the tracked version makes it into the full game on release
