"Connection Lost" (without Error Code)

My game shows a "CONNECTION LOST: Connection to Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 services was lost" without any error codes. I've tried connecting with different ISPs, and a VPN to no avail.

My KSIVA : 7091b SKSIVA:b3287

You have a LIMIT of files thus I can neither upload mp4 recording nor my appdata files!

I'm willing to provide any further support, just let me know what more informations you need!

i have the same problem, pretty annoying as i really want to play with my friends.
Here are some things i already tried:

  • Reinstall Space Marine 2 and EOS
  • Whitelist "Warhammer 40000 Space Marine 2.exe" and Epic Online Services .exe's in WIndows Firewall. No other AntiVirus program is installed
  • Used a VPN
  • PortForwarding: TCP: 27015, 27036 ;  UDP: 27015, 27031-27036
  • Different ISP and Router
  • Internet via my mobile phone
  • some other "fixes" other people tried like changing the time zone to automatic
  • i even reinstalled Win10

nothing fixed it; it's definitely a Saber Interactive issue
