I can't even get past the Seizure Warning, and the Game crashes. I have no overlays, all things are excluded and the game still crashes.

64 GB RAM
500 GB SSD
Nvidia 4090
I have the game set to use the correct GPU. I have EAC set excluded from the firewall. No other game I've ever purchased has such a ridiculous process just to get it to work and I can't get a refund. It's ridiculous.
