I placed a melta-bomb near a group of enemies, a heavy then shot said group with a mult-melta which detonated the bomb, it downed him from full armor and HP as if he had placed the bomb and detonated it on himself.

This could potentially also effect krak grenades since they also have this "shot to detonate" feature.
