Bulwark Talent Armor of Contempt only works sometimes, Like it seem to only work in the very early of the game, like the first 10 shots you take and then it stops.

I have had Shooty-gunts shot me point blank and nothing, same goes with Shooty-warriors.

I have tested it in Solo and multi Ops, not PvP.
