Before the recent update, Bonds of Brotherhood, the Heavy team perk, triggered full health restoration upon any revive from incapacitation, as the perk description suggests. Currently, Bonds of Brotherhood still triggers when players revive players, but not when AI teammates revive players. In its current state, the perk is useless in solo play and requires the other player to race against the AI in two-player Operations. The latter is further worsened by potential latency issues and the fact the AI can teleport to incapacitated players after a certain time frame, rendering the perk nearly useless in cooperative play. This feels unintentional given the lack of any relevant documentation regarding Bonds of Brotherhood in the 6.0 update notes as well as the unfair advantages that an AI teammate has in reviving players during two-player Operations.
