I was able to access the 2 cosmetic packs that were released. The Ultramarines and the Chosen of Maccrage DLC. Since December 2024 with an update, I was locked out of the newest DLC of the now 5 total released content from the season pass. 


When I go to the game page, and scroll down to Add ons, the system displays that the Season pass is $39.99 which is odd. Owned content has always just shown the option of “download”. If I select the icon for the season pass for 39.99, the next screen that pops up says “You already own this” but gives no other options. When I select the new content like the Dark angels cosmetic pack, it says $9.99, clicking that brings me to a new page saying that “you can't purchase this right now.” Same with the Salamanders pack and the Ravens Guard pack. They list the respective price but when I go to purchase them, the next page says “you cannot purchase this right now” instead of adding them to the cart like any other purchase.


 I have done the following

 Restarted the ps5. Logged out of the playstation store and the console. Unplugged it from the internet via wifi and ethernet. Reset the license of the game, restarted the ps5, booted it in safe mode, Ensured that the latest console update was installed, cleared the cache via the safe boot, and rebuilt the database. I have also un-installed the game, deleted all dlc and content and reinstalled the game via disc and then downloaded all updated content with the exception of the season pass DLC. I have also logged out from the account and logged back in. Lastly, I have changed the setting of console sharing and offline play.


I Contacted Saber and exchanged over 52 emails with them. After multiple months (December24 to Feb25) they finally gave me a voucher code to unlock the Dark Angels cosmetic pack despite owning the Season pass from the Gold Ed. After this, I was told I have to contact Sony for any future problems.


I have contacted Sony and after 2 separate phone conversations and several dozen emails; I have been told that Saber needs to fix this. Because the Issue is "In Game" and I have followed all of Sony's steps to try and resolve this.


Both companies say that to report an issue to Sony for what is listed above; but Sony ended with *we've done all we can, follow up with Saber*


I feel like a little kid who's going between his parents when they're fighting. I am so incredibly sad and angry that this issue won't be resolved without my constant asking for help. I paid $106.00 for this game and have logged in 237 hours.
