Feedback on Heavy Bolt Rifle on Heavy Class

Using Heavy Bolt Rifle in test server feels pointless because of how much firepower we lose, it would be nice to just add big melee damage modifier  and visually add bayonet to the weapon, no new animations needed, just make it stronger in melee.

Thats why it should be buffed in some way but only for Heavy class, like make it more melee oriented weapon for heavy? Maybe with some special mechanic like 'Perfect Parry pushes enemies back further' or 'You can instant gunshot with your rifle'.

Can we please stop trying to give melee to the heavy class?
That's LITERALLY the opposite of what its meant to do and what people that use it want from the class.

Here's my copy pasta from that other theme:

​I was pretty hype for the Heavy Bolt Rifle on the Heavy.... but it's just incredibly bad right now.
On Tactical it's my main weapon, the +1 penetration and autoreload on execute makes the weapon feel amazing.
The heavy have none of that and as it is what you have is a weapon that don't come even remotely close to what the heavy bolter can do, the weapon don't even have a proper "heavy stance" bonus, its just the regular aiming down fair


As it is, using the heavy bolt rifle on eavy makes you a tactical with the wrong perks and no melee weapon.


Here's 2 easy ways to fix the problem:

1) Give the weapon a heavy stance bonus. Make it shoot faster, penetrate more, do more damage, reach farther, just add a couple of these buffs on its heavy stance and already you'll have fixed half the problems.
2) Give it a proper class associated perk. As much as I hate the way heavy has a specific perk just for melta, and another just for plasma and heavy bolter, the fact that this gun doesn't have anything puts it at a clear disadventage. One way to do it would be to add an effect for that weapon specifically on one of the other weapon perks.
If I had to pick I'd give Multi-Kill the added effect: "After a finisher reload your Heavy Bolt Rifle", or "Heavy Bolt Rifle Penetrate 1 more enemy".
Something, ANYTHING to give is a boost.
